Our chefs prepare traditional sushi, with a plethora amount of fish to choose from, with different, unique techniques. Tokyo Thai Sushi is under the management of highly experienced chefs and a friendly team.

With our experience of 17 years, Jimmy Rotphada has been making sushi and creating new ideas and projects to the best it can be. Jimmy was born in the beautiful country of Thailand and was brought up in a restaurant-based home. He expertly crafts and decorates sushi dishes. He brings the savoring taste from his home country. Jimmy’s work has been influenced by six amazing chefs that served as his mentors. Jimmy enjoys sharing his Thai and Japanese culinary offerings with many of his customers. By adding new sushi techniques to the variety of fish, he places a new twist on traditional Japanese sushi.
